Statement Production Officer (SPO)

Key responsibility:
To handle task in end to end process of producing daily and monthly statement, monitoring the delivery of those statements and following up complaint or queries regarding statement in timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Any Major from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 year in banking operation experience, especially in the area of retail banking
- Having Experience to Provide statements production and Prepare report for daily production
- Accustomed with handling complaint and Vendor Management
- Service Excellence Orientation
- Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Banking or Finance discipline
- Having experience at least 5 -6 years of banking litigation and/or law firm experiences with a proven track record of result in debt recovery
- Having experience in managing a credit resolution area with knowledge of the realization process and related legislations
- Having knowledge and/or experience / familiarity with bank products, systems and processes
- Having experience in Corporate collection recovery
- Having good background in debt recovery management
- Advanced knowledge of litigation management within Banking Institution and strong ability to represent the Bank’s legal position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Sound financial analysis skill
- Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a Commercial and/or Corporate environment

- Proficient in written and spoken English

Key responsibility:
To consistently provide superior operations services to all business units by processing all Loan transactions (Corp, SME, Consumer, Staff, and Joint Financing) at the best possible solution as soon as the complete document were received. The services must be achieved by processing the transactions in an effective, innovative and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations whilst giving consideration to all risk factors. The people will also be expected to be able to provide initiatives, such as to improve business process improvement or new idea to reduce cost and increase company’s profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable University
- Minimum 2 years of Banking Operation experience especially in Loan Operation
- Having good knowledge and understanding on Loan Operational Banking, Products and Accounting
- Having good knowledge and understanding on Central Bank Regulation
- Having experience to process loan transactions (handle investigations) and prepare proper reporting regulatory and management
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill
