PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) was established in Bandung on February 5, 1958, originally called Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer (BAPEMIL) with the status of business associations as entities that receive deposits and provide loans to its members. BAPEMIL aims to help ease the economic burden of retirees, both military and civilian. In 1986 the members of the PT BAPEMIL formed National Pension Savings Bank with a business license as the Savings Bank. In 1993 the status of the Commercial Banks BTPN.

We invite you to follow the selection of Permanent Employees, for the position:

BM (Branch Manager)
Responsibilities:

1. Leading a work unit consisting of 11-15 staff
2. Build a healthy organization
3. Ensuring branch operations running smoothly and in accordance with the procedures and policies
4. Conduct a study of credit and making credit decisions according to the authority
5. Building a healthy business portfolio

Qualifications:
Preferred experience in same position for 2 years, a good track record / 3 years as a relationship officer / credit officer / marketing officer in micro banking / financial institutions

CO (Credit Officer)
Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining discipline process and credit qualifications branch
2. Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager of Credit
3. Conduct field verification and conduct a study or a credit application in accordance with applicable policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Minimum D3, GPA Min 2.75, 1-2 years working experience in the field of credit / banking operations

RO (Relationship Officer)
Responsibilities:

1. Finding new clients and manage portfolios
2. Maintaining good relations with customers

Qualifications:

• Being able to establish communication and sociable
• Experience is preferred
• Strongly oriented toward the target & love the field work

RA (Single Anchor)
Responsibilities:

1. Maintains a portfolio by doing a cash pickup
2. Maintaining good relations with customers

Qualifications:

• Being able to establish communication and sociable
• Experience is preferred
• Strongly oriented toward the target & love the field work

OO (Operations Officer)
Responsibilities:

1. Managing credit disbursement accurately and timely
2. Maintain the smooth and compliance processes and operations at the branch or branches outside

Qualifications: Preferably have experience as a teller for 3 years

General Requirements

• Minimum D3 with GPA min. 2.75 (RO, RA, OO)
• Maximum age 28 years (RO & RA)
• Minimal S1, minimum GPA of 2.75 (BM & CO)
• Maximum age 30 years (BM, O & CO)
• Has high integrity
• Master the language and local culture
• Mastering Ms Office, Excel and Word
