Responsibilities: The role holder will primarily assist in maintaining personnel data and personnel administration process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in human resources
• Strong communication and analysis skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage
Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
As a recruitment specialist, the incumbent will be responsible to implement the recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates, to develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process and to identify and mediate placement of qualified applicants. This will require you to analyse recruitment plans and identify various sources to search for potential talents for the right position. Complying with Bank's standards, policies and procedures along with Group and Local Statutory reporting will be vital to this role.
Requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor degree from a reputable University.
• Minimum 3 years experience in implementing recruitment strategy.
• Excellent interview skills and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking business and wide network in banking industry will be an advantage.
