Responsibilities:
- To handle customer's transaction (cash and non cash) over the counter in accurate, problem free / timely, courteous manner.
- To be responsible for daily cash balancing and any instrument in his/her custody.
- To achieve satisfactory result on internal and external customer satisfactory survey.
- Maintain awareness of the security in customer area as well as in teller area – by monitoring customer queue and adhering the limited teller premises access.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
- High degree of accuracy.
- Service oriented with high level of integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours.
