Learning Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Organise and coordinate all training programs which align with the critical behaviour set by Commonwealth Bank Australia and related to the dynamic progression of Commonwealth Bank
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs to support business growth
- Set a blue print of knowledge, skill and behaviour standard for each job include the learning standard for employees development
- Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important
- Develop and working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience at the banking institution (some experience in training preferred )
- Having experience to organise and coordinate all training programs that cover Sales & Service, Technical and Leadership sklis
- Having strong analytical thinking, well knowledge on Banking practices, possess an advanced knowledge on BI and other Government regulatory which related to human capital training program regulations
- Able to develop new assessment tools, maintain a conceptual basic training curriculum and conduct Training Need Analysis
- Having Leadership skill, dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
- PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
