Process Management Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
  1. Improve and strengthen the bank’s internal control system comprehensively
  2. Support Divison Head in performing intensive supervision to bank’s operational
Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor Degree major in Economic / Accounting / Computer Accounting , with GPA min. 3.00
  • Have experience in banking operational at least 5 years
  • Preferably having experience as Bank’s Auditor or Bank Operations Officer
  • Have sufficient knowledge of Bank Risk ManagementManagementManagement (BRMR Certification at least level 2)
  • English is a must
Enterprise Risk Management
Responsibilities:
  1. Identification of credit exposure, liquidity, market and stipulated operational set-out by the Bank’s strategic plan.
  2. Able to assess and recommend the risk control limit, risk appetite limits, risk advisory limit and new product/activities/policies related to credit, liquidity, market, and operational risks.
  3. Calculation on credit exposures, liquidity, market, and operational set as report making material.
  4. Data collecting, validity data, analysis data from risk taking units as report making material.
  5. Conduct the stress test related to credit, liquidity, and market risk.
  6. Making daily, monthly, and quarterly report of risks to be reported to Head of Risk Management, which later to be reported to Board of Directors, Risk Management Committee, and Bank Indonesia.
  7. To do activity research and development on all risk management to face external development and to provide information to Head of Risk Management.
  8. Assist Head of Risk Management in developing framework, policy, procedure, and tools to measure and monitor the Bank's overall risk management system.
  9. Drive and coordinate with various parties who involved in the BASEL II Project.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Master’s Degree would be an advantage).
  • GPA minimum 2.75 (above) from reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in the Risk Management area.
  • Have Risk Management Certification Level 2 would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and presentation skill.
  • Good computer literate such as MS Office.
  • Able to manage big project.
  • Able to work in tight deadline and under pressure.
Change Management Division
Responsibilities:
  1. Define KPI of Branch Manager & Account Officer
  2. Create strategy (7P) to achieve KPI target & Incentives Program
  3. Create new program as a strategy to achieve KPI target
  4. Maximize existing portfolio by find new opportunity
  5. Appraise employee annually, promotion and adjustment salary, man power planning, and fraud analyst
  6. Create new application (performance management system) to monitor branch manager and account officer KPI
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 all majors
  • Male / Female, age maximum 30 years old
  • Have minimum 4 years experience in banking industry (Management Level)
  • Fluent English speaking
  • Must have good tranck records of delivering large applications or implementing business process improvements in banking industry
  • Mastering performance Management, Change Management
  • Able to perform Project Management
  • Able to perform Root Cause Problem Solving
  • Able to think tactically and systematically
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of employee
  • Experienced in the Transformation / Culture Change
  • Highly motivated, discipline and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
