2011, In 2011, the Bank has carried out a rights issue amounting to Rp195 billion, exercise warran Rp 8 billion and fertilizing net income of Rp 239 billion.

2012, Victoria Banks Victoria Banks Bonds III Year 2012 with Fixed and Bank Victoria II Subordinated Bonds 2012 with Fixed Rate, amounting to Rp 200 billion for Bank Bonds Victoria III and Rp 300 billion for Bank Bonds Subordinasii Victoria II.
