Customer Service
Denpasar (Bali), Gresik (Jawa Timur), Jember (Jawa Timur), Kediri (Jawa Timur), Malang (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent service to customers / prospective customers by providing accurate and precise information,
- do cross selling to the "walk-in customers",
- carry out the orderly administration of customer transactions,
- handle and resolve customer complaints without prejudice to policies and procedures in place systems to improve customer satisfaction index
- Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university with IPK 2.75
- Male/Female with maximum 26 year of age
- Attractive and good appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, hard worker, and disciplined
- Highly accuracy and excellent administration
- Ability to speak foreign language (English / Mandarin) will be an advantage
- Computer literate ability to work in computerized environment
- Having experience as Customer Service on Bank is preferable
