Responsibilities:

1. Providing excellent service to customers / prospective customers by providing accurate and precise information,
2. do cross selling to the "walk-in customers",
3. carry out the orderly administration of customer transactions,
4. handle and resolve customer complaints without prejudice to policies and procedures in place systems to improve customer satisfaction index

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university with IPK 2.75
• Male/Female with maximum 26 year of age
• Attractive and good appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, hard worker, and disciplined
• Highly accuracy and excellent administration
• Ability to speak foreign language (English / Mandarin) will be an advantage
• Computer literate ability to work in computerized environment
• Having experience as Customer Service on Bank is preferable

Responsibilities

1. Assisting HR RM in administering HR system and maintaining staff related records.
2. Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
3. Maintaining and developing the filing system
4. Assisting HR RM in preparing a variety of data, information and reports
5. Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
6. Administering the performance of management system.
7. Assisting HR RM in organizing the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Having experience with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
