Psychological Assessor
Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Utara, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara, Kepulauan Riau
Responsibilities:
- Set the schedule for implementation of assessment for selection needs
- Running a hiring assessment in accordance with the needs that exist in the region
- Monitoring the availability of bench strength, in order to assess employee development
- The preparation of the assessment report
- Supporting the implementation of the interview in the hiring process, especially for remote areas
- Conduct regular evaluation of the implementation of the interview conducted in the hiring process and provide feedback
- Counseling employees in accordance with the needs of the conditions in the region
- Must background S2 Psychology / Profession
- Having experience min 2 years as assessor
- Understanding the assessment process in the recruitment and development
- Mastering the methods and assessment tools
- Mastering the concept of competence
- Mastering the Behavioral Event Interview
- Having a good counseling skills
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- Ability to organize work independently
- Having high morale
- Having good analytical skills
- Willing to travel out of town service
- Able to work with deadlines
