Responsibilities:

1. Set the schedule for implementation of assessment for selection needs
2. Running a hiring assessment in accordance with the needs that exist in the region
3. Monitoring the availability of bench strength, in order to assess employee development
4. The preparation of the assessment report
5. Supporting the implementation of the interview in the hiring process, especially for remote areas
6. Conduct regular evaluation of the implementation of the interview conducted in the hiring process and provide feedback
7. Counseling employees in accordance with the needs of the conditions in the region

Requirements:

• Must background S2 Psychology / Profession
• Having experience min 2 years as assessor
• Understanding the assessment process in the recruitment and development
• Mastering the methods and assessment tools
• Mastering the concept of competence
• Mastering the Behavioral Event Interview
• Having a good counseling skills
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Ability to organize work independently
• Having high morale
• Having good analytical skills
• Willing to travel out of town service
