Through the Bank's Executive Meeting of 30 June 2010, PT Recapital Securities gets approval from shareholders as a standby purchaser in the mechanism of Rights Issue (Rights Issue) of 61.71% stake and IF Services Netherlands, BV as much as 24%. Requirements:

Lowongan Quality Assurance Officer Bank Pundi September 2011

Lowongan Bank Pundi. PT Bank Pundi Indonesia, Tbk ("Bank Pundi"), established in 1992 in Jakarta with PT Executive International Bank ("Bank Executive") based on the deed that has been approved by the Minister of Justice with No. C2-9246-HT.01.01 in 1992 and was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia no. 103 dated December 26, 1992, No additional. 6651.

Until late 2010 the Bank Pundi has 19 offices covering an Operational Headquarters and 18 branches in 12 cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Lampung, Palembang, Medan, Makassar and Manado. To support the operation of the company, until December 31, 2010, the Bank Pundi have as many as 1,500 employees (including Directors).

In line with new business being developed, Bank Pundi has opened 39 new branch offices until the first quarter of 2011 in 14 cities, including Edinburgh and Yogyakarta and supported by more than 3000 employees.

Quality Assurance Officer (QA-JKT)
(Jakarta, Semarang, Denpasar, Makassar, Surabaya, Palembang, Medan, Bandung)
Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for inspection and verification process at the branch offices and branch offices located in its territory.
2. Examination based on a schedule determined by the central office.
3. Resolve the findings.
4. Make a report if irregularities are found

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age maximum 35 years
• Minimum education S1 preferably majoring in Accounting, Economics, Management, Law, Information Systems
• At least 1 year experience as an Internal Control precedence, or 3 years in Operational experience in Banking or Finance Company
• Able to operate computer, especially Microsoft Office.
