Following intensive training and development program for 4 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in SME & Commercial units, which exist in the network of regional branches of BII in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia to later be developed into future leaders in the future BII .

REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 graduates from all majors
- GPA Min. 2.75
- Maximum age 26 years for graduates of S1 and S2 29 years for graduates
- Target-oriented work
- Have interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation
- Preferred domiciled in the area of Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia
