IT – Developer (ITD)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

1. Involved in analyze, design, code, test and deployment stages of MIS development.
2. Maintain discipline, work ethic; obey company rules and IT internal procedures.
3. Actively to work with integrity and aligned with company values and mission.

Requirements:

• University degree in information systems or equivalent from reputable university.
• Having experience minimum 1 year in software development, preferably in Financial or Banking industries.
• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, Java, XML, Unix and Cognos are preferred.
• Experience in Datastage will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of SDLC methodology.
• Background knowledge of Data Warehouse.
• A self-driven team player in a dynamic and high pressure environment.
• A team player with mature attitude and excellent interpersonal/communication skill.
• Business skill: Banking / Financial, MIS, Business Intelligence preferable.
• Fluent in English speaking and written.

ODP - SME (Officer Development Program for Small Medium Enterprise)
ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, sons and daughters who have the potential and ambition. By following intensive training and development program, you will then be assigned as the Assistant Manager at SME unit, which is in BII branch network especially in East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara to then be developed into future leaders in the future BII.

SQ Service Development Manager
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree from reputable university.
• Have 3 – 5 years experience in service area, local or multinational company.
• Have experience in Banking industry.
• Strong leadership skills to lead project across the business.
• Have very good analytical, logic and positive thinking.
• Have good knowledge in Banking and non Banking operations.
• High proficiency both in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities:

1. To set up and implement the service strategy to increase the service culture, service awareness and service development across BII
2. To control and ensure that the quality of the service across BII achieve the Customer Satisfaction Survey Index which is already set by the business.
3. Initiate, lead and drive Lean or improvement project across the Functions in Branches and Operations to increase their productivity.
4. Improve the quality of service for Security, Customer Service, Teller and all people in Branches and Operations.
